My floors look fantastic
The carpet cleaning is impeccable. I have had carpets done by you before and no one does a better job on carpets in my opinion, but the grout cleaning left a lot to be desired. The grout was is still grey and black. It is cleaner than it was but definitely not what i would call clean.

Better understanding of costs
yes very pleased with the professionalism of the tech. Also was able to get a spot out a room the a piece of pizza was dropped on the carpet. I will use this carpet service again because of the job well done and you don't use harsh chemicals to clean. Very Happy!
The operator or cleaning person was very nice and informative
After all the buzz on the radio about how well the carpets got cleaned I was not impressed. Before the service there were no stains on the carpet only dirt from walking on it and it doesn't look much better than before. I really liked the idea of no soap residue attracting more dirt but if it doesn't clean anything I guess soap is necessary.
We want to make sure everyone is satisfied first and foremost with their cleaning results. Called and left message for customer asking if they would allow us to come back out for a re-service, and make sure they're completely satisfied. At initial consultation and examination of carpet the customer who was home was made aware that the heavy wear patterns and areas around where furniture belongs would still be visible because of how they use their carpet. I believe it had been a couple years since it was installed and it hadn't been professionally cleaned before. The more individuals in a home the more frequently the carpet should be cleaned, and it's recommended at least once a year if not sooner with the more use and traffic it gets. Another thing to keep in mind is that in homes where shoes are worn the carpet can get worse much easier and quicker and can take a toll on the carpet in a much shorter amount of time.
Josh was very professional. Rugs are beautiful and dried very quickly. Furniture was back in place that afternoon.
