It was very well done and on time.
This was the third time I've used Zerorex. The first two times was with another gentleman. Josh didn't spend enough time on my carpet and persian rug. He didn't notice stains on the rug. He didn't make sure the blinds were open. He knew I closed them for my migraines. He just didn't fit the bill. So I won't be using this company again.

I don’t like soapy residues that just attract more dirt. I love the no chemicals in the process. My carpets are so clean and soft, good enough to eat off of!!!😮 Can’t imagine ever going back to any of the other processes/companies that are out there. Josh was great!

The technician did a great job! The carpet looks a lot better. He explained beforehand the technique he would be using and answered all questions. He was very efficient. It only took an hour and one-half to do 3 rooms and a hallway. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone wanting their carpet cleaned!!

I like the fact that no soap is used. Only a hot water system. I will recommend this to family and friends.
