The appointment was easy to make and the service tech called 30 minutes before he arrived. He was very courteous and careful with the equipment inside out home. The Zerorez product cleans the rugs and chairs well and the drying time is less than other methods. The price/value is very good.

This is the first time I have used Zerorez. They cleaned my carpet and tile and they look so good!! I will only use Zerorez in the future.
Zero Rez totally revived my carpets to look like new, which I didn't think could be done. Very impressed and he didn't stop until he was happy with how they looked. I'm not easily impressed but I was with Zero Rez. Will highly recommend!

I had the wool area rug in dining room cleaned and am not with results. The edges of rug are still dirty looking. I had it cleaned last by someone who used a brush to clean the edges and it came out much cleaner.
The technician was very nice and am sure tried but I will try to clean to the edges by hand since I am not satisfied with the results.

Great service. We've had them out 4 times, now in passed 12 months. Twice for carpets, once for tile and most recently for furniture cleaning. They are our "go to" cleaning folks.
