I love that it's both personal and communal. Lots of variety in the classes. Coaches are encouraging without being overbearing. And it's a really fun 60 minutes!
I am grateful this Orange Theory location let me workout with them during my trip to Philly. They are in a prime location, downtown Philadelphia. The coach was enthusiastic and encouraging and the staff were truly welcoming, even though it is likely they are going to see me once only.

I like that there are great coaches to help motivate me to keep pushing myself each class. I appreciate the varied work-outs keeping the classes interesting. I would like to see more rowing incorporated into 1G and 2G classes and more upper body exercises regularly incorporated into the floor exercises.
Efficient, effective, motivational, educational, and enjoyable are all equally important parts of OTF for me. The awesome coaches, the excellent equipment, and the constantly varying classes keep it all from becoming a rut.
I LOVE the staff at OTF Conshohocken!! They are a major part of me getting up and out the door at 5am each morning!
The workout templates are always challenging and ever changing so it is never boring! I am usually physically exhausted at the end of each class but ready to take on the day. I love it!!
I was visiting the area so I scheduled a class at the easton otf and the studio was super clean and Coach Tricia was great! I love how motivating she is and how she challenged me to increase my weight choice. Would definitely go here again when back in the area!

The West Chester staff are all pros and love fitness! They help make a great environment for folks to push hard. The format is terrific. Sometimes the volume can be distracting and uncomfortable for my ears.
