The coaches and staff are amazing and incredibly supportive. The themed workouts are fun, and the normal classes are great in that it’s never the exact same, at least in my experience.
Love everything about Orange Theory- Langhorne. The instructors are great! They’re outgoing, but more importantly- they take the time to create a relationship, and offer suggestions/corrections to help you get better. The variety of workouts keeps things fresh and different muscle groups sore :) my favorite part though- is the competition aspect. I enjoy the specialty workouts and being able to see what I accomplished before in order to set new goals.

I value the personal attention and ability to work out with cardiovascular and strength training in one session. Appreciate the coaches, guidance and expertise on form and pacing. And of course, the studio is a “judgment free” zone!
I like having a clear workout that I don’t have to design myself that challenges me and makes me stronger!

Orange Theory is hands down the best one-hour workout I have ever experienced! The daily workouts are always different and great for all different fitness levels. It is quite telling that I have been a member here for ten years. The studio also has the friendliest staff who try their best to help each person reach their fitness/health goals.
Whether you are an elite athlete or new to high intensity training, the OT workout can be tailored to meet you at your level. I feel good about my day whenever it includes an OT workout.
The coach's are amazing and I love the "variety" of each day's work out. No two days are the same which keeps me motivated.

The variety in workouts; caring and friendly coaches who know their “stuff”. They’ve been able to keep me motivated to “put out” my best week after week… and I’m 80.

i love that I don’t have to think about workout design and trust that the workout that’s provided is designed by experts. I also love the quality of professional coaches who know how to get the best out of me and are trustworthy when it comes to accommodating my fitness levels and physical abilities to fit the workout.

I like that the exercises can be modified to your athletic ability. I like that the workouts are always changing. I like that the workouts are all the same throughout the day so you are not tied to a specific time for a beginner class (or whatever level). It is the fastest hour of the whole day! Thanks for keeping me motivated and encouraged
I love OT workouts because I get to power walk/run, row, and work on strength training in every regular class and can also just focus on strength training with the Lift classes. I also love that all of the coaches are positive and helpful so I can take a class with any coach that fits my work/life schedule. My friends and I also really enjoy the speciality classes and 90-minute classes.
