I like the mix of floor and tread. I like that it's broken out into blocks, it makes the class feel faster. Overall, i feel like i've learned better ways to workout from the class

The front desk is very welcoming! The coaches are all very good and I appreciate when the options are offered. More weights and less rowing is what I enjoy the most and the weight training is very important to me.
