Great workout
For me I like that there is a plan of what I need to do already in place. I hate going to the gym with all the machine and not knowing where to begin or for how long!
It’s a total body work out and I get out what I put into it.

I like that it is a group fitness setting! I enjoy the movement between different stations, working different muscles & it's never the same workout! All of the instructors are great, & the playlists are always on point!!!

Encouragement and guidance
Coaches are incredibly supportive and motivating. Great cross training workout!
Primarily the fact that it is heart rate based, but also the live coaching and comradery of the studio.
I love the motivation provided by the coaches and the group setting, it allows me to push myself harder than if I were working out alone. There is also a good amount of variety in the workouts so they never get boring.
I love the variability of the workouts, how every day is different and challenging in a different way.
The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The workouts are great to do at any time of the day due to the coach providing motivating and helpful critiques and encouragement.
The cross-training and variety within that; the combination of vigorousness and support for listening to one's own body and going at one's own pace; the support, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the trainers who help us each do our best!

I have never been more excited to get up everyday and workout! The coaches and fellow people in class always make it fun, even with the sweat pouring down. Lol
Coach run
Best part of it was that every minute of my time there was planned out for me - no guessing, no wasting time. Trainers are very high energy and motivating - helps keep your energy levels up. Quick rotations and appropriate rest timings so you are ready to go again - I loved this model of working out. Best workout session in years!! Absolutely loved it and would recommend everyone to give it a try with an open mind.
