It’s the best workout I’ve ever done
I love the coaches and I love the diversity of each daily workout!
Its intense, always different, you see your results as you are doing it , everyone is super nice, and the coaches take time to help you with your form.
That I make an appointment and I have to be there. but best is that while I’m there I’m not thinking of anything else except survival. Lol
Every workout is different and I have never left not drenched in sweat. The coaches are all so energetic and supportive of everyone in the class.
Great 1 hour workout for those with busy schedule. Classes start on time and end on time. Total body workout. Great coaches. Facility is immaculate. Great way to meet new people and relieve stress. Highly recommend
The mix of weights and cardio. The coaches too are great, very nice and encouraging and always ready to assist with correct forms and/or alternative workouts.
Well rounded and kicks my butt
It’s simple. They have the best trainers in then area. Megan, Gaby, Lauryn and Lacey provide outstanding instruction that focus on the novice to the seasoned fitness guru. The classes are as intense as you want to make them and it is a great atmosphere to reach your individuals goals.
I love the environment and the different workouts that never get boring!

It’s challenging but in a safe community of people who are all trying their best and lead by coaches who truly care about you and your goals!
Workout great, most instructors are very good and push you. Only thing I would change is push the 5:45 class to 6pm
I love the classes so much! I’ve seen so much progress in my health and fitness journey since starting here in a very short amount of time. I love the coaches and atmosphere. It’s a killer workout every class. I would 10/10 recommend orange theory!
Always challenging
OTF has changed my life! I look forward to going to the gym as much as I possibly can. I love all of the coaches and being a part of the community. I’ve never felt so motivated to be fit!
The coaches and the results!
I like the focus and effectiveness of spending one hour with a dedicated coach. The variety of the programs and the schedule flexibility fits my life style. The leaders and staff are friendly and engaged.
1. The heart rate data/zones are entertaining and they allow me to compete against myself.
2. The variety of the workouts keeps things interesting and leads to balanced fitness, ie cardio, endurance, strength.
3. The coaches keep us motivated and make it fun.
Orange theory has been a great experience for me. I am not a big workout person but it has kept me in shape and feeling good about myself. I really like how they keep you motivated and I feel comfortable whenever I come into class. The trainers and staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend it to all my friends!

Orange Theory has been a game changer for me. I have been a member 4.5 years. I am
in better shape today at 56, than I was back in my 30s and 40s.
If you are on the fence wondering if you should join. I suggest trying out a class. Trust me we have all been the new kid. Do your best, Sweat your Azz off and get your splat point. You will leave the class feeling accomplished!!!
