I love the group les mills classes and instructors. It makes me want to come back! I find just using machines (aka, treadmills. Ellipticals and such very boring). The fun comes into play with the socializing aspect of classes and ability to improve and be supported by these great instructors. Your les mills manager needs to step up her game, start advertising these classes at all the facilities and stop cancelling the les mills classes. She's not particularly supportive of all the instructors. I find her rude to deal with and unresponsive to queries without being rather defensive.
Staff is actively everywhere and they keep getting new and upgraded equipment
Classes are great! Need paper towels in the exercise room & a Shower bar in the shower. Also a couple of chairs in the exercise room to sit on if you feel sick.
