I have been training with Bella 2x a week for an hour since May. She is amazing and pushes me to improve myself but in a super non pushy means. I thank her so much for her training. I also use the warm pool each afternoon. Thank you
The facility is very clean and I generally have access to all the equipment during the time I arrive, between 1-2.
You are a professional gym with engaged and qualified trainers and instructors and have great equipment choices and condition. Your sales team is dismal. They do not listen, they present as their way or the highway. your staff and instuctors build up your business and your sales team is the bad apple in the barrel.

Everything! The gym floor is set up so you aren't on top of anyone. Instructor's are always approachable to ask questions. The new Wellness Center is clean, great set up, and it's easy to make appointments. As a woman, I feel safe and at ease to use any item in the gym. NOTHING is off limits. Staff is cleaning all the time. It's a great environment, love it

Lots of good classes to choose from with wonderful instructors. A wide array of exercise equipment and front staff is very helpful.
Great equipment always get a good workout, however, many times I need to wait for a machine while someone else is just sitting on it using their phones not realizing how long they're making other people wait.

Great facility and never too crowded. Wish there was a hip thrust machine.
