I like the variety of equipment that is in good condition. Only drawback to the gym is the rain shower looks nice but not a relaxing shower after a workout

Many workout options. All equipment in very good condition. Good space and a population of all age groups both men and women.
The variety of equipment. Equipment needs to be maintained. The emergency pulls are broken on the treadmills in the movie room.

All staff members are incredibly friendly and supportive, always ready to help and offer guidance. The facility is spotless, with new, top-of-the-line equipment that's well-maintained and readily available. There is a sauna! The classes are great and all insttructors are knowledgeable and motivating. I haven't tried them all but I do recommend pilates, Zumba and I love a belly dancing.
But the most important is the relaxing atmosphere. Also, the members are friendly! and ready to give advice.
All of the employees are very nice and helpful and the place is very clean!

Facilities
Like having a smaller gym. When I go in the early afternoon it is never too busy. Like to have a soaking tube but other than that it’s a great gym. I also love the sauna.

The Fitness Factory NP location has a solid range of available equipment and areas to train. The exercise class room is really nice to use when there are no ongoing classes.
The gym is well cleaned and organized and usually kept that way throughout the day. In the year since I’ve been a member, there have been several equipment upgrades, painting, and other aesthetic upgrades, all of which thoughtfully take place during off hours so as not to disrupt the gym goers. The gym also closes at 11p for the late-night trainers.
The staff is very friendly, always willing to help when needed or just let you do your thing. It’s a great environment and a great gym. I’m glad to be a member.
