Great massage and friendly staff
Chelsea was wonderful! That is the most relaxed I've been in months and I just got a facial this time. She was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. Her voice was so soothing but I understood her very well. I felt very invigorated when I was finished and my skin looks great.
I truly appreciate you reaching out and reminding me to take care of myself. I recently met two wonderful women: Marina, who is an incredible massage therapist. She’s small, but her hands are so strong that it's hard to believe how little she is—her talent is exceptional. I’m grateful to have found such a skilled therapist, and I think I’ve found my new go-to massage lady. After my massage, I also had a facial with Karen, which was absolutely heavenly. I felt so relaxed that I even fell asleep. I’m so thankful to Karen for her wonderful care, and I’ve already scheduled another appointment with both of them. Jamie does a wonderful massage, and I enjoy working with her. The reception I have received at the front desk the last two times almost made me quit coming to Elements. For about 1 1/2 years when I came the front desk people knew my name, greeted me by my name and tried to help me in any way. The last two times, I was greeted with " what can I do for you" she didn't know my name. She obviously had just arrived at 8:55 AM because the computer was not up and running and we had to wait for that to happen to make future appointments. For a year and a half when I was done with my massage the front desk said thank you and wished me well, the girl on the front desk the last two times made me stop and check out and quizzed me what tip I wanted to leave. I don't want to get anyone fired but the change in customer care has been dramatic and, in my case, not very pleasant.

Friendly staff, clean facility and always flexible and available. I would like for you to ensure that you spend enough time on requested target areas before moving on with the rest of the program, however. Other than that, always perfect.

The therapist was very skillful and soothing during my massage. I enjoyed it very much.
Laura! She is amazing, kind, and really listens to me. She has been treating me throughout my pregnancy, she allows me to receive treatments laying on my side as on my tummy (even on the pillow) makes me nauseous. She remembers our conversations, recalls things I’ve told her, and is very personable.
