We focused massaging my legs. Connor gave me stretches or other suggestions to do on my own. Very helpful.
I had Elaine for deep tissue massage and she was very good and she communicated where to focus. She had strong hands and have mastered massage techniques with many years of experience. The only thing that I noticed was the time was under 1 hour because I walked in right on time but we didn't start till 10 minutes after. So the time needs to be communicated or use of timer will benefit for future reference. But I would recommend her or this place with no hesitation.

I like having the same massage therapist each time. She knows my body well. Pretty easy to schedule appointments. And I like how there's the discount for the membership and that it automatically comes out each month. It also encourages me to get a massage every month which I need.

Allyson is wonderful and I always leave with relief in my trouble areas. Any person I see walk out after their sessions with other masseuses always has only positive comments. Everything is clean, comfortable, and feels welcoming. The staff up front are attentive, friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend Elements to everyone in the area.

10/10 Pam was so great, she asked me questions and kept me inform throughout the process so i knew what she was doing and why. This was awesome because it made me feel calmer throughout the massage. I will definitely will be back.
