The service providers are always on time and appropriate. They check in to see if the pressure is acceptable and ask if things are going well for you during the massage.They respond to requests for work on certain areas of the body that may not be feeling or working well that day.

Staff is professional and right on time ! Clean and peaceful room for my facial. Jennifer is wonderful and gentle and very knowledgeable in helping me with new products for my skin. Looking forward to going back.

I went in to book a massage as I am having some issues with my hip. Decided to ask about the membership and the front desk staff was so nice and explained everything really good. i am now a member. for the one hour you can get either a facial or a massage which works great for me. Booked my massage right then and a couple of weeks later, I was able to get in for both the facial and the massage. they were both awesome and worked on zones I specifically asked but over all, both ladies, Sabrina and Alethia were amazing. Staff outside was also really nice and repeated themselves if I couldn't hear properly as I am hard of hearing.

Safe there. Offers of tea or water are appreciated, since massage can help drain fluids. Warm steamy towels in the facial are heavenly.

It has been years since I had a facial, so I was very excited and a little anxious about going. I was greeted by Marissa, who gave me a tour of the spa and was very welcoming. I was then taken back by Kayla, who gave me the best facial ever. I felt so good when I left!

Everything about elements is fantastic.location, parking, space is clean and inviting. Front staff are welcoming. But my favorite is my therapist. He’s the best.
