I like the attention to detail. Everything about the process is thorough and I love Kaitlin’s style of massage. She gently stretches your muscles which feels great. This is the first spa I’ve been to that used aids to prop my chest up because of my larger chest, to make it more comfortable.

Friendly greetings as you walk in the door, massage therapist that was qualified and listened to your needs. Very clean and relaxing space.
Jay did a fantastic job! When I walked in, I had so many tight muscles and sore spots that it was difficult to move but when I walked out, I was like a new person. I highly recommend Jay because he listens and adjusts as you determine what you need at the moment.

Elements massage
Mel is great! I know Elements has many other wonderful massage therapists, but after my first session with Mel I never felt the need to try anyone else. She listens to my needs, remembers my problem areas and gives great recommendations for at home stretches/therapies, she's the only masseuse I've seen that respects my ticklishness and she only uses firm touch in areas where I'm super sensitive. I used to have a really hard time relaxing while getting a massage but with Mel I could almost fall asleep on the table. I highly recommend Elements Massage, and if you're a hypersensitive ticklish person like me or if you struggle with touch aversion, I definitely recommend Mel- she listens and respects boundaries and she's super open to feedback.
