Comprehensive and well explained
Hi-
I did my home inspection during the month of September-13. We did listed the property for sale on OCT-1st. The buyer also hired Ameri spec and did inspection on Oct-26. There is a difference in the both the inspection reports. So, this is something surprised me and I wouldn't recommended Amerispec to others. Auditor arrived late for the energy audit and I am still waiting for my energy audit report. It has been 5 weeks since the audit. I had an energy audit performed a number of years ago and I received much better service from another company.
