Just waiting on the estimate at this point.
Your price was three times other quotes. Your installment time was 14 weeks. Other was 2 weeks. However, your salesman was very cordial.

Materials have take too long ... work is not done...
After the project representative and I met to see what was to be done, he said he was going to take some measurements and be back with some figures. I received a text from him stating that he sent a email with the figures and never sat down with us to talk about the job. We are dissatisfied with this, so we are moving on. Thank you for responding to our request for a invoice anyway.
Seems Very overpriced for a single basic door, not painted, no hardware..
Your proposal only referenced labor cost, leaving materials purchase up to me - no thanks!

I was told that someone will be sent that could help with repairs on missing blinds on my existing beltway builders blinds installed for my home. But the person was trying to sell me new products and told me a minimum charge of $750 to fix anything.
You sent to home someone to give me an estimate that really couldn’t give me any information what your company can do to my back porch not even a estimate. He used the computer instead of giving me some type of explanation on what you all could offer me.. Poor customer service skills.. asked to meet with me early said he would be there in 20 minutes which took him 45 minutes to an hour..I’ve had contractors that have their LLC license instead of a business like Beltway Builders give me more ideas, information and a explanation of what they can offer me
more than I want to spend. I thought the price was quite high.
Honest communication & dedication to the consumer.
The cost was pretty unmanageable. I asked that I just contract the leak test for the tin roof, and have never heard back.

Very fast and friendly service. Have not recieved product yet, waiting to order more. So i can't comment on that but I'm sure it will be quality.

(3) Your representative, Ryan Velky, met with us at our home in Elgin, IL ...Ryan gave an excellent presentation, answered all our questions, provided us with a detailed & competitively-priced proposal, and was honest & forthright regarding the 6-month lead time for installation our home improvement project.
We are meeting with Ryan at your showroom this Tuesday (4/5/22 @ 3:00pm) to review our window & patio door selections, and to finalize our contract.

1) cancelled appt and they emailed me to confirm cancelation and showed up anyways
2) the man that came was the most rudest unprofessional salesman i have ever seen
3) salesman that came to my house had such bad body odor that i couldnt get him out of my house fast enough then i had to spray lysol everywhere he went n touched
4) he wore no face mask during this pandemic

there was a problem with the job the gate i wanted i took the guy that did the permit and measumented he as me how do i want the gate to swing i said end also there is a half inch space between the gate and fence a rush job the fence did not go in to the opening for my gate
that put one metal sceaw in that did not hold i think for all the money that i pay out for the job
i showed have got what i ask for not what beltway builder want
