I cannot review until I receive all my estimates, I was supposed to get an estimate for asphalt repair, 2 different quotes for 2 large trees and one smaller tree which is in an open area. I received a quote for the asphalt and trees but the quote did not say how many trees the quote was for.

We are evaluating your pricing and obtaining other bids.

The concrete slab that was poured was discolored from the beginning. I called and notified your staff member and was told that when it dries, the color would match. I called again and was told that someone would get back to me. That never happened. The slab is still discolored. Over the past year it started cracking. I am very disappointed about the workmanship and the company’s lack of communication. I am hopeful that after this past Saturday’s visit from your representative, an amicable resolution will be met.

Professional approach to home remodeling approach. Knowledgeable, friendly staff.

A visit was scheduled for Saturday. When someone called Saturday morning to confirm and I explained that someone in my household was sick and I'd need to reschedule, they hung up.

I understand frustration with last-minute scheduling changes, but I take my daughter's COVID diagnosis and the need to quarantine seriously. The hang-up was just rude. I thought it might have been an accident, but no one called back.

The young man that came to our home presented himself very good.
