This process has been very challenging. I have spoke with two people in your company one "the "salesman" sent me a quote for a product that wasn't what I asked for. On top of it stated in the email that what we talked about was totally wrong. This has been a big waste of time.
The new showroom;
Knowledge and patience of showroom employees;

We like your showroom were we can see the products. Also, we are leaning toward Marvin windows and Ryan has been helpful.
In the process of making the decision to purchase new front door. Liked the presentation, no pressure to purchase on the first appointment and the quality of the product quoted.

Attentive to changes and not best but reasonable price .
Price is way higher than my Anderson 400 and Marvin Elevate/UC quotes. Loved the salesman and would be fine with the Infinity windows, but the price puts you out of the running.
My thanks to Phil for his time. Good information; I have decided to go with another company.

I felt like I didn’t get much information about the different types of windows that the company offered. It also took a long time to get the estimate and lastly, it ended up being the most expensive!
That was surprising.
renewal by Anderson and next-door were way more reasonable in price.
Cost was WAY too high.
I’m not replacing my door at this time.
While the product itself is amazing, the installer warranty on labor and installation glitches is grossly inadequate. Other installers offer lifetime or 10/15yrs of labor and installation warranty.

Provia actually discontinued the 32" door that for years I admired.
I have French doors for the front entry. Now, I have to really think about which
door design I like. I will return.
The saleslady immediately informed me that the 32" was canceled,
but I couldn't believe it until I called Provia and was told it was just discontinued
in June. So, had I come looking for a door in May, I could have gotten
my dream door.
I think the Arch center window design comes in 36".
Does it come in 32" Legacy steel. If I order a Legacy door,
I will get two 32" doors for the front entry French door.

Any discount consideration if paid in cash and in full?
Sales person was nice. Company take or leave it pricing approach was off putting. We had a quote approximately 8 months ago. We recently had another sales person come out to requote us. We eliminated nine windows and a slider, thinking this is how we can have Woodland do the work. Imagine our surprise when the price difference was $1,000.
what is one to infer from this.
