I was suppose to be given an estimate after my visit. It’s been more than 24 hours. I was promised it would be available after one hour of visit.

Always impressed by the entire team’s professionalism. And I must mention, that the reason we committed to our entire Marvin window project previously was because of Jeff Fortuna. His expertise, professionalism, and honesty is rare in today’s world. Any corporation would be fortunate to have him!

Jeff was very informative and did get back to us quickly with the quote. We did decide to go with another company which worked with Costco so we did get rebates.

Do what you say you're going to do by the time you said you'd do it. Price is also rather on the high side compared to other quotes.

I was promised ab estimate on repairs to the heating system in our sanctuary nearly a month ago. I have yet to see it. Going with another contractor.

I have used you before and liked the service. This time Glenn came right out and gave me an estimate. I had to call to get the email to pay my downpayment. I haven't gotten a call to schedule my service. I was expecting the call last week after the scheduling meeting. I called Friday and they said there will be scheduling meeting on Tuesday. I hope they call me after the meeting regarding my service.

I like the detailed estimate most. II makes it easy to compare offers from other contractors.

My appointment was 5 minutes and I wasn’t offered options or shown anything. Then i got a quote that was 4k higher than any other quote I got.

Easy to talk to and with

I met with Robert Feltman at my condo on a freezing cold day to discuss purchasing/installing a window and storm door. He was outstanding - thorough and thoughtful. The estimate was much more than I expected so I will not be proceeding with Woodland W&D. But I do want to stress that doing an in-person estimate was not a good use of time for either the estimator or me. A rough estimate could have been done through a phone call or a video chat.

Some customer situations may need an in-person estimate. Some don't. I suspect that Woodland's prices/overhead would be a lot more competitive if they didn't make a trip out to basically follow up on every lead.

I'd be happy to discuss this comment with Woodland via phone.
