No just looking at options
This is the second... SECOND time your people have set up an appointment window, and your rep FAILED TO SHOW UP. I mean this is ridiculous! I put my job on hold for the entirety of the window that your guy is supposed to show, and he never makes makes it. This last time he called AFTER the deadline window, and AFTER i contacted your office looking for him. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Now the time set (window) is YOUR doing not mine... My job is to be home withing that timeframe. I DO MY PART... But your rep, and your company have failed repeatedly.... If your guy needed more time... Then maybe your scheduler should give him a bigger window.... Nobody asked me for my input, so I am on YOUR time and time after time... you people DO NOT LIVE UP TO YOUR PROMISES! AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!
While the rep was nice, the "estimate" was for a drawing/plan. That is not helpful as I'm not willing to invest $1450 before even knowing if I will be able to afford the project. Waste of time to be honest. Someone could have told me over the phone that the estimate was only for the plans and not for the actual project.
The estimate was provided in a time efficient manner and the sales representative was very professional and informative.

Received a quote but there was no discussion about less expensive options. The quote was $27,000 for a front door, french door, and two storm doors. Maybe I'm out of touch with the prices. I'm probably going to buy a convertible with that $27,000.

Terrible service had to keep coming back to fix what they were suppose to be fixing/replacing. Also…really bad attitude and this was the owner of the company that I had this interaction with. Never again!!
The fact that they listen and awnsering all my questions was a plus and there knowledge of windows too

Beltway Builders has a good response when I call for an estimate. Work is well done although I have had some dissatisfaction with the wood used on some projects. Response is great; wormanship well done. My go to for homekeeping.

Still investigating other vendors/manufacturers
When the salesperson was in my home quoting the job, they reacted in a defensive and dismissive manner when I asked a couple of questions. Additionally, the quote I received was 3x or more than the other three quotes I have gotten. Overall, this gave me the sense that my project is not a good match for Woodland.
Please have the sales rep Jeff reach out to me to discuss cost issue/concerns we have.

The technician had an issue and could not make it. And after some texting him pictures and questions, I still have not gotten a quote from him.
Quotes are much higher than others. I would much rather have quotes that are more competitive for the same product quoted by others.
They are very accessible services, likely needed in keeping up a home!
Relative to home handyman repairs and they offer lots more with good quality customer service.
