The estimate was high and there was no true desire to work my project
I had a friend who has been in construction industry for many years come out to check the windows. He found the double-hungs on both side of my picture window were off-balance and believed to be cause of the drafts. I do not need to replace those at this time but will definitely call on you again when that occurs. TY for your valuable time. First name removed

It seems the pricing is substantially higher than the competition although I am double checking to be sure the scope of work is apples-to-apples.
so far, straightforward visit from sales person and quote that gives us what we are looking for.
Lead times seems to be a little long but if that's what it takes to get what you want .....
No one from your place of business ever followed through with me. I got a free estimate on April 18th, 2026. On April 21st, 2026 I responded to an email from your business asking if I would be moving forward with my project. My answer was yes, I signed the estimate document attaced, and that was the last I received. I reached out to the Howard, the representative that I met with for my estimate. He assured me he would look into the process of my request. He assured me that his office would be emailing me a link so I could send a down payment and he would then call me with a date when my project could start. I explained to him what I needed and I need my job started as soon as possible. I have not heard any more from Howard and I still have not received any additional emails. It is clear that you are to busy and can not complete my project. So, as a result I am moving on.

No just looking at options
This is the second... SECOND time your people have set up an appointment window, and your rep FAILED TO SHOW UP. I mean this is ridiculous! I put my job on hold for the entirety of the window that your guy is supposed to show, and he never makes makes it. This last time he called AFTER the deadline window, and AFTER i contacted your office looking for him. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Now the time set (window) is YOUR doing not mine... My job is to be home withing that timeframe. I DO MY PART... But your rep, and your company have failed repeatedly.... If your guy needed more time... Then maybe your scheduler should give him a bigger window.... Nobody asked me for my input, so I am on YOUR time and time after time... you people DO NOT LIVE UP TO YOUR PROMISES! AND I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!
While the rep was nice, the "estimate" was for a drawing/plan. That is not helpful as I'm not willing to invest $1450 before even knowing if I will be able to afford the project. Waste of time to be honest. Someone could have told me over the phone that the estimate was only for the plans and not for the actual project.
The estimate was provided in a time efficient manner and the sales representative was very professional and informative.

Received a quote but there was no discussion about less expensive options. The quote was $27,000 for a front door, french door, and two storm doors. Maybe I'm out of touch with the prices. I'm probably going to buy a convertible with that $27,000.

Terrible service had to keep coming back to fix what they were suppose to be fixing/replacing. Also…really bad attitude and this was the owner of the company that I had this interaction with. Never again!!

Beltway Builders has a good response when I call for an estimate. Work is well done although I have had some dissatisfaction with the wood used on some projects. Response is great; wormanship well done. My go to for homekeeping.
