Matt was the technician who addressed the crack in our foundation in Loudon. He arrived on time and was able to do the demolition in the basement wall to access the crack with a minimum of disruption. He did an excellent job of describing the two-step process he was using and what for us to expect with the curing process. The office was prompt in mailing us our 10-year warranty certificate. We are grateful that Rescon Basement Solutions could address our chronic basement flooding problem.

Dave came out promptly to check out the job and give an estimate. Friendly and thorough, he covered all of my concerns and led me through the process.
When the tech arrived we found the best way to get the hoses to the job and he quickly started, explained all that he could and couldn’t do. He did a great job, exactly what I had asked for and he cleaned up perfectly.
All I all, one of the best experiences I’ve had with contractors. Great job!

This is a great company to work with!! My designer Larry came out and was able to see even beyond what I wanted, designed it perfectly( because he used to be an installer and understood exactly what was needed to get the job done)The installers were positively professional and did SUCH a good job. I got an open lattice pergola on the front of my house and a solid one in the back and I have so much usable outdoor space now. Also the office put together the packet and submitted to my HOA. I would recommend them 100 times over.

Miguel and his team arrived on time each day of service - they were clean and professional! The team repaired my basement by adding drainage tiles and a sump pit. It rained overnight and it was a relief not waking up to water in my basement. I appreciate all the hard work Miguel and his team put into the repair of my basement. Jesus and team were total professionals. I appreciate their tenacity in tackling a tricky project due to the amount of ground water and the narrow space between our and our neighbor's houses. When they returned after the water level receded, they tackled the project with true commitment to get the patch installed. It was a dirty, difficult dig and they nailed it. When they left, the site was completely back to normal which is impressive again given the narrow opening between the homes and the 8' deep excavation and the volume of soil/mud/mess. Many thanks guys and no offense to you but I hope we don't see you again! :)
