I've used Allied Restoration for many projects within the house over several years. I kept coming back to them again and again because of the quality of their works and cost. Chuck and Jeff did an amazing job on our window. Outside and Inside look great and the window is amazing. They had some trouble with the old, aluminum frame but solved the problem! So glad we had McVay and them come and do the job!!! Highly recommended, for sure and certain!!!

Quality work was done. Alex and Carlos did a great job on my project for handyman work. Dave did a great job setting up everything. Dave came out right away, assessed the work and gave me a quote the same day! That in itself was convenient. The receptionist was friendly too.

Matt was the technician who addressed the crack in our foundation in Loudon. He arrived on time and was able to do the demolition in the basement wall to access the crack with a minimum of disruption. He did an excellent job of describing the two-step process he was using and what for us to expect with the curing process. The office was prompt in mailing us our 10-year warranty certificate. We are grateful that Rescon Basement Solutions could address our chronic basement flooding problem.

The work was quality at what I thought was a reasonable price. But the only thing I would appreciate is a better time window for estimates. Also for outdoor work, like my sidewalk, there is also video calling. I actually go to work second shift,so a Time widow from 10- 3 does not work. I'm sure for regular people,9-5 that one would not like for someone coming at 5 am because it is convenient for the company to give an estimate. You know, customer service. There is also Google maps.
