Actually good reviews are of little help to management if they want to change something - DON'T - there is an old saying " If it ain't broke - don't fix it " - Patricia is the best lead on site Contract Manager I have ever had - and I have had plenty in the years I have been retired . She takes nothing for granted , checks the work , delivery schedules and keeps me informed - on top of that work technicians are true artists and care about their finished product - whether it was laying a stairway carpet , replacing the flooring in my office or installing Wainscotting - the work was first rate - You can't beat the team of an excellent manager in Patricia and the work technicians that provide an excellent end product

Had a water leak in our basement. Joe came to do the repair. He was on time, explained what and how he was going to do the repair. Joe was a pleasure work with. He did an excellent job and it was nice to see someone that loved his job. Owners are very lucky!

Everything. Product, service, personnel, clean up afterwards were all spot on. Price, in view of today's market, was also pretty good.

The installed doors (storm and main front doors) are so much more solid and tight than what I had previously. Service was great; installers were pleasant and efficient.

You did an excellent job installing the sliding patio door. More importantly you communicated the exact process and timeline so that It was a minimal disruption to my tenants. The icing on the cake was that I did not have to have a handyman come in and clean up the trim.
