Our home is contemporary and we struggled to find the right pergola that would fit in with our architecture. We spoke with many companies and looked at lots of products then we read the reviews for Royal Covers and saw the Equinox line. Peter came out, was so knowledgeable and when he left, provided us with renderings and a full quote. He gave us confidence no other vendor had and we couldn’t be happier. The installation went as planned. They arrived on time every day, cleaned up the job site after, were polite and helpful. Everyone clearly loved working for Royal Covers and delivered incredible customer service in addition to a beautiful pergola. This is a very well-run company with great products, workmanship, and service.

From the beginning to the end of the job everyone was thorough and diligent.

Besides quality work, the best part about working with Childers Brothers was the communication. Anytime we needed anything on the project they were easy to get in contact with and we able to affectively communicate the work and process that was to be completed.

The project has not been completed but so far, I am pleased with the product. The materials appear to be high quality and durable. The contractors are professional and hardworking. My project manager is very communicative. She pays attention to details and follows up in a timely manner.

Skyline Sunrooms was a joy to work with. For projects and contractors like this build, I look for good project management and communication. Joe, Chris and their team delivered in spades. Very clear plan and followed through exactly as they said. Scheduled quickly after we chose the patio cover we wanted and the price was very reasonable.

The end product looks amazing and we couldn't be more happy.

We’re very pleased with Royal Covers. Our experience has been exceptional. Ryan Bishop came out and met with us. He heard what we had in mind. Ryan quickly measured then designed exactly what we wanted. Ryan explained the process and the price was much lower than we expected. Jonathan Manley was very pleasant and helpful when he called to schedule our work. Your crew was onsite the next morning and finished the work efficiently and finished the job in an impressive amount of time. The site was clean and the crew left some touch up paint. Your company was highly recommended by one of our neighbors because their experience was very positive. We really appreciate the photos which Jonathan shared with us because we are over 1,600 miles away and will not see it in person until October. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Consultant/Appraiser was not pushy and was honest. I like the visual aspect of the product being used. George was great when he came and did the service.

The work was quality at what I thought was a reasonable price. But the only thing I would appreciate is a better time window for estimates. Also for outdoor work, like my sidewalk, there is also video calling. I actually go to work second shift,so a Time widow from 10- 3 does not work. I'm sure for regular people,9-5 that one would not like for someone coming at 5 am because it is convenient for the company to give an estimate. You know, customer service. There is also Google maps.

I've used Allied Restoration for many projects within the house over several years. I kept coming back to them again and again because of the quality of their works and cost. Matt and Jim are always on point and took care of working with the insurance adjuster and let me know what's going on at all time. I will keep using time in the future.

Chuck and Jeff did an amazing job on our window. Outside and Inside look great and the window is amazing. They had some trouble with the old, aluminum frame but solved the problem! So glad we had McVay and them come and do the job!!! Highly recommended, for sure and certain!!!

John and Doro did a great job. They explained what they were doing and why they couldn't do some of the work. John said he would follow up with the office about setting up another appointment to finish the job. Jessica called me the following day to set that appointment.
