Aesthetically, pleasing and sturdy

Arrived on time, with a notice ahead of arrival so I would know general timing. Professional, explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. Discovered a secondary issue and made me aware of it so I could make decisions before they continued with the work. They were working on a very hot day and seemed to take it well in stride, even though it must not have been pleasant. Thoroughly cleaned up after they finished with the work, to the point that you would have never known there was work done in the space. Overall a pretty smooth and positive experience.

My patio look much better and water is no longer draining towards the foundation. It was expensive but the service was amazing. The front office does a great job in commutating the steps prior to the poly-jacking and the crew that did the works was great.

We appreciated the quality of the pergola and the excellent customer service. The installation process was done well and in a timely manner. We’d definitely recommend going with Royal Covers for installing outdoor shade covers.

Installers were here both days on time. They were courteous and explained what they were doing. When they were finished the area was cleaned up. Installers were very profession and you could tell they enjoyed their work. Could not be happier with the patio cover, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you Royal Covers.

Did a great job leveling and filling sidewalk crack

Beth was wonderful in making an assessment on the repairs needed. Reasonable pricing. Didn’t feel like I was being scared into more repairs than needed. Was done in a timely manner, even got called to see if I was available for an earlier date. Concrete could have been smoothed over a bit more/aesthetically been a bit more clean looking but the repair itself will not be affected.

The service was great! From getting the quote to the day of service, everyone was friendly, timely and professional. The guys who did the work were awesome!

The customer service was excellent from the first evaluation visit to the installation of the finished product. The team at Rescon made it easy to understand their services and communicate our needs whether in person, email or phone. We appreciated the reminder emails regarding the installation date and the follow-up once the basement bulkhead was installed.

Although we did not pursue estimates from other companies, we felt that the price was reasonable given the scope of the project.
