We researched several options before deciding to call Royal Covers. The initial phone call to schedule an appointment almost lost us due to the person not seeming very interested in our business. We are glad that feeling went away immediately upon meeting with Bill. He was "old school" in his methods. Being a retired engineer, I was intrigued at how he sketched out the perfect plan to what we wanted. His suggestions were things we didn't even think of, but were great ideas.
Preston and Chris were a great team. We were very pleased with their work and how they cleaned up to make our front yard look like they were never there, except for the beautiful pergola.
The neighbors already have given compliments on how it looks.

Will need to wait for the next storm, but for now, the install of our bulkhead door was just as communicated. Looks great and hoping it helps solve our flooding challenge.

The process was pretty easy from start to finish. First we scheduled the initial meeting and project scope discussion. Then Rescon sent a team to follow up. Next was the team to fill our foundation cracks. Finally, the install team came and installed an entire interior drainage system in the basement. Dan, Steven and Mark were great! They worked hard, were respectful of our property and the job looks great!

Installers called ahead, were on time and very helpful, worked quickly and efficiently. Office and sales communicated very well. Product (lattice pergola) looks great and exactly as requested! Could not be happier with it and Royal Covers. Great work!

Carlos and Salvador were the two leads for the foundation work, basement window replacement, and buried gutter extension. They headed a team of 5, who all worked carefully, efficiently, and with respect to our home. They were neat and courteous.

Carlos and Salvador worked extremely well together. They (and the entire crew) were friendly and didn't mind me looking over their shoulders while they worked. They explained what they were doing and in sufficient detail to really understand the work required to properly prepare foundation cracks that required either simple sealing, insertion and filling, or stitching with the carbon/kevlar strips.

The window replacement that was originally framed in steel and embedded in the poured concrete foundation was something to watch. I had replaced one window myself many years ago and it took me three long days. They did it in about 3 hours. They certainly had the right tools, but the install of the pre-assembled, glass block window, careful shimming, and the orchestrated filling of the perimeter with hydraulic cement (one person in the window well, one in the basement) was indeed skilled artwork.

The buried gutter extension is engineered to take the water far enough from the house to prevent localized ponding and settling of dirt at the base of the gutter downspouts. It's not just digging a trench. The materials used are high quality and designed to get the maximum flow of water away from your house without causing a problem somewhere else. Excavated dirt was placed on plastic and excess dirt was (in my case) was relocated instead of being hauled away.

Cutting tools had vacuums attached. They even put down floor covering on our hardwood floors where they had to walk through the house to get to the basement. There was very good cleanup after all work, inside and out.

Foundation work is not cheap. Real Seal takes pride in their work and is a provides value for quality workmanship.

Full basement trench and sump/battery backup installed. Very professional job. System operation clearly explained. Work was very neat and clean-up was thorough. I highly recommend Rescon.
