The communication between The Real Seal team and myself was world class. Right after I submitted my online inquiry, I received email from a Repair Specialist, then a call and email from my account manager introducing themselves and their company, what service they provide and videos on how the work is done. There was never a time when I didn't know what was next. Contract was esigned, deposit and final payment both online, scheduling was super easy. I appreciated the message they sent with a picture and the name of the tech that was coming to the house. As promised, he called when he left his office with an ETA at our place. Our tech George is fantastic. Personable and professional! He explained what he was going to do, did it, and cleaned up the area probably better than how he found it. The Real Seal Team is top notch!

My new cover has transformed my backyard! The process was so easy, great communication. Installation happened in one day, with a very large team of professionals. I was impressed with how quickly it was installed and how beautiful it turned out!

This was an excellent contractor experience. The product was ready right on time, the installation was able to be scheduled quickly, the crew showed up on time, was professional, efficient, friendly, and left the area cleaner than when they got there. When there was an issue with the way the install went with a vent, they came out and made it right the next business day. And the product itself? An amazing transformation of our back patio! Shade in Arizona is KING! And a huge impact on the indoor temperature of the south and east facing dining room. We will be saving on our AC bill.

I like that they were fast to response to my questions and how fast they were in starting the repair work after I approved the job quote. The technician was super professional, he laid down a tarp around the work area so my carpet could stay clean.

Customer service from this company was stellar. All questions were answered and any anxieties we had about the defect we're quickly eliminated.

The three employees that we had contact with; Jim, Jessica, and George were all professional, polite and friendly. There was no attempt to pressure us into unneeded work. George explained his work in easy to understand language and did a thorough job. We were very satisfied with everything that happened.

Quality product and friendly crew. Damon and Kevin were prompt every day and cleaned up every night when done. Damon addressed all concerns or issues as they came up and redid some places on his own because he didn't like the way it looked.

I will hold my comment until after my basement windows are replaced.

The service was on time and very professional although there were some questions I had that were not resolved such as how do I connect my dehumidifier to the pump. As of today I am still having to empty my dehumidifier by hand. Any help I could receive to rectify this situation would be greatly appreciated thanks

The repairman arrived on time, efficiently performed the work and was a great representative of your company.

Went above and beyond in installing our sump pump and dehumidifier. The team were prompt and professional. We have not had any significant rain since the install, however we are confident that the pump will resolve any issues we have had

Do soon to rate the sump pump but the techs were courteous and explained how everything works

Carlos did a great with 3 cracks in our foundation. He explained each step and showed me the injection process. He left the area clean. The proof will be when we have some heavy rains but so far I am very happy with the work!

Jon was very responsive and competent. Patrick, Jeremy, Jake, First name removed, and Kevin were courteous, knowledgeable and hard workers. They were all about customer service and us being happy with the job.

The tech person called before arrival and explained the process before repairing my cracked foundation. We had some heavy rains after the repair...no leaks!!!!
