Appreciate that the sales rep listened to our concerns and was knowledgeable enough to make recommendations for our specific situation rather than a one size fits all solution. Similarly, the install team suggested a better setup for the sump pump discharge. I believe we’re in good hands without worries about future flooding. the basement dehumidifier was installed 48 hours ago, and it’s been very quiet and already making a noticeable difference.

Patricia and the team were great working with me to get things scheduled, even when we needed to change things around because of material delays and weather.
