Due to rain and ground water issues the work had to be delayed, but that wasn't the fault of Real Seal. The work was completed on 8/12 to raise various area of concrete around my in-ground swimming pool that had severe cracking in several areas. After the work was completed all the concrete that had to be raised was done and looks really great.

We had a wonderful experience with the Real Seal. The estimator came quickly and provided great assurance, the scheduling and payment process was easy, and the person doing the work was kind, efficient, and did a great job on the work.

Entire process was professional and simple from estimation, scheduling to completing the work. I highly recommend them. Motivator for me was that their process has smaller holes made in the sidewalk then traditional cement lifting. It is a little more expensive but worth it and the company is Customer Service Focused !

We had our windows replaced, peaks of our house sided and trimmed wrapped in 2017, and were extremely pleased with the process from estimate to finish. When we decided to side our garage and replace the windows we didn’t even think about going anywhere else. Quality work, craftsmanship, exceptional clean up. Didn't get to meet your window crew, but your siding crew of Keith and Kevin are amazing. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but it felt like I've known them my whole life after meeting them once. We are extremely happy with the way everything has turned out.

The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Carlos did a geat job explaining the steps that he was doing. He went the extra mile putting the bricks back and removing a mice den.

I needed a foundation crack repaired, as it was allowing water into my basement during heavy rains. The staff were instructive and polite throughout the process. I used to pour foundations, and the rep they sent for the initial estimate was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly, including accurate comparisons to the repair methods used by other companies. Their quote came in at or below the quotes of the four other companies we brought in for estimates. They were even able to pick back up with me without missing a beat after a long delay on my end. When the workers came to do the job, they were polite, efficient, and upon request showed me the foundation crack and work they had done before filling the hole. The office staff as well were always polite (and often downright cheerful) and responded, in my opinion, quite quickly to any/all emails I sent. I have no notes. It was a nice, refreshing experience to have and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing basement foundation repair.
