I'd been having rain water streaming into my basement from a crack in my foundation for several days. Real Seal got great reviews so I decided to give them a try. At first they said they were booked up for a week, so I was looking at having to go into my basement several times a day to clean up the water with a wet vac for even longer. But they contacted me to let me know they had an opening only two days later, which of course I accepted. The tech was running a bit late but kept me updated on his arrival. He did a great job, and I was amazed how quickly he was done. The final cost was quite a bit less than I had feared, too. The tech followed up with me later, as did the guy who came to do the initial estimate.

So now my basement is bone dry and I can enthusiastically recommend The Real Seal to anyone who needs this kind of service.
