Quality construction of the windows, very careful measurements of the window space and construction of the window for that exact space, installation by crews that assure a tight fit and careful application of caulking compounds to make it airtight. The crews assured a careful clean up every day and worked hard to accommodate tenants in their apartments.

Dustin and his crew were amazing! The smooth process of install was great, I would recommend them to anyone. Respectful, knowledgeable buch of guys, very patient with my toddler asking questions and always telling them "HI Johnny". Thanks guys.

My patio cover was just installed and the coming storm, Hilary, will put it to the test. However, I am so impressed with the product and the precision of how it is assembled. It looks outstanding and has totally transformed the look and function of my patio. My husband has dementia and I could not even have him sit on the back patio because of the sun and lack of privacy. He slept out there 2 days ago for 4-5 hrs. Having said all that, I really want to comment on the crew that put the patio cover up. LJ (Larry) and his crew were very different from other work crews I have had here over the course of 34 years. I was raised in a family that worked construction as well as ran a mobile home park. As kids we were my Dad's work crew and he did not tolerate slowness, stupidity, sloppiness or lack of foresight. He was tough and did not like us screwing around on his time. One of the first things I noticed about LJ and his crew is that they did not talk; they instinctively knew what each man was to do to get the job done. They cleaned up as they went so there was minimal clean up at the end of each day. They did not take lunch breaks...they worked non-stop and were out each day with minimum impact on me. I have a husband and 3 dogs to take care of and was dreading this install. But I was profoundly impressed and grateful. There is only one other company that I have given this kind of review and that company is Chewy.

The customer service was great and friendly. Staff got back to me in a timely manner and had been able to answer all my questions. Those that installed the equipment informed me about what they would be doing and how it would work. Swept the floor when they finished the project.
