We had been experiencing a very pervasive dog smell in our house that we moved into a year ago. Even after replacing the carpet, the smell came back. We found a pro on a well known app in June to clean and deodorize the carpet but it smelled worse. In July, a nationally known company came in and steam-cleaned and deodorized but the smell remained. Two weeks after that, a very nice tech from Zerorez quickly cleaned and sanitized the carpet. The smell is finally gone! I waited a week before writing this review just to be certain.
