The work was done fast and well. The price was very reasonable. The gentleman that did the work was able to tell me what to expect before and after the treatment of the floor. I will call agin for the next cleaning when needed. This has been the way I have extended the life of this carpet.

Elton was very thorough and did the best job cleaning my carpets and several pieces of furniture. I have never had such a great job done by Zerorez or by any other company I've tried. It was also reasonably priced for the quality of the work.

Your service man was wonderful - friendly and respectful, very helpful. Even took his time to try to help me get a door unlocked to free my trapped cat! Most of the carpet looks great. Unfortunately your deep cleaning for an area that had strong urine smells didn’t work I am told that there is still a very strong odor there, but I do believe he tried very hard and it was probably just too bad to start with.
