I am really appreciative of the knowledge and helpfulness of the sales associate. I was given time to find the best fit. The shoe I liked was not in stock at the location so the associate called another store and had them hold it for me. I also really like their return policy. Being able to take shoes home and wear them outside is perfect! If they don’t work out, I can return them with no questions asked. I was glad to find a store with that policy. In the past, I’ve had shoes that became my son’s lawn mowing shoes because they didn’t feel right when I was outside wearing them. Thank you!

The associate really explained everything in detail to our eleven year old son. Everyone working was very helpful and congratulated him on his decision to begin running. They presented him with a number of options, including sale shoes. There’s nothing they could have done better - they were all phenomenal!
