She explained results of the analysis and what characteristics of shoe they indicated. Then she brought me three winners. She asked smart questions to help me choose between them. She did the same for my husband. And she showed us a useful shoe-tying method. It was a stand-out, amazing shoe-buying experience!

When I first walked in, all employees were with customers. Within 5 minutes one of them asked if I needed help and let me know who would help me as soon as they wrapped up and took my name. Gabby (the woman who would help me) knew my name from the tablet they each had. Great system! Plus, Gabby was fantastic! As someone in executive management and retail, she followed every step impeccably. She started with asking if I had been there before and what I was looking for, problems that needed to be solved. Seems like an obvious first step but you'd be amazed how many people in retail skip it. We did the foot mapping, went through the results and she matched me with 2 shoe options and an insole (had me use a little spiky ball that massages your feet while she was getting the shoes- great way to test a product and keep the customer busy). She took my feedback on the options and showed me how to lace them to feel the best. Gabby was kind, personable, professional and genuine throughout the process. In all honesty, I had every intention of coming in to get the mapping and a recommendation, then go find a prior year (less expensive) of the recommended shoe online. I made the purchase in store because of the report Gabby was able to foster.
