I visited Fleet Feet on South highway K in O'Fallon MO yesterday. I received the most complete and thorough evaluation of my shoe needs ever. Overall an amazing experience.

I like the personal attention to getting the proper fit for shoes. This makes a huge difference in comfort and pain reduction in the feet and legs over the long term. Even though I've been a customer for many years, the sales rep still does the complete scan and evaluation every time. This can pick up changes in the feet and ankles as we age. Fleet Feet has a very thorough commitment to customer wellness!
I have done Fleet Feet races but have never bought shoes from Fleet Feet. Danette helped me pick out a pair of shoes yesterday that fit my feet according to how my feet are as seen by your scan machine. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process as well as shown me several shoes and how each were different based off my foot scan result. She also demonstrated that having an insert can help tremendously as well when your foot needs one as what was shown by my scan. The first pair we tried in was the top one the foot scan recommended however to show the differences in the shoes according to what the scan produced I tried on another pair. I bought the 1st pair I tried on as well as Super Feet inserts. Again...thank you for having such a knowledgeable and friendly staff person as Danette to help.
