We stopped at the store in St. Louis area after a Dr. appt. in the St. Peter area. We were pressed for time so mentioned that to the gentlemen helping us. He explained the process and got me started right away on the scanner and gait analysis.
He asked about what type of problem I was having, which was balance.
I told him I had high arches also and had been wearing orthotics for years since I'd had a couple injuries playing tennis when I was younger.
He explained what the scan showed and brought out 2 pairs he recommended to try. They both felt very good to me but I decided on the one with the wider base for balance maintenance.
He was very professional, courteous and competent. My husband is a veteran and so they had a great conversation. From our experience, I would recommend this store.

The services for finding the perfect fitting shoe for desired activities is great. The technology used for the process is insightful. You get a personalized education. I also like the personal help in finding the right fitting clothing (high impact sports bras) when most places just want to sell stuff that’s “pretty” but not useful. The small, friendly atmosphere makes it comfortable and personal. Because of that, I have been crossing the river/IL border with a one hour drive yearly for new gear, for over 10 years and counting.

I felt that the associate, Kaelan, was very professional and thorough. I feel like he gave great advice and was very patient with my questions as well as willing to entertain the questions of my small child. The sandals that he recommended were great. I have not been able to wear my athletic shoes yet but have put my insoles into my "work" shoes and they seem to be helping.
