The Volumental 3-D foot scan and stride tracking are extremely helpful in finding the right shoes. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I do not have the stereotypical physique & appearance of a runner, though I do run 15 to 20 miles a week. The staff always make me feel completely welcome as though I run marathons!

Custom fit shoes
Hello, I had a fantastic experience at Fleet Feet. The employee attending to us was very friendly. She explained the process of scanning the feet to better size our feet and she made it a very easy and enjoyable process. Since she was new, her manager came and assisted her in explaining the scan results. Well, I needed spike sprint track shoes for my son, and since the store didn't have it, I bought the long distance spike shoes. Our coach said that I should look for the sprint spikes so therefore I came back to return the long distance show that I bought the day before. Sure enough it was the same employee from the day before who was there to help us again. She had a smile on her face and helped us. I'm personally going back to buy running shoes with more support. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.
