All the associates that helped us were very knowledgeable and helpful. Because the store wasn’t too busy on a Thursday evening they took the time to talk with us about different runs, helpful tips etc that made shopping for my husbands shoes more enjoyable.

The sales associates at your store in Chesterfield are always very courteous, knowledgeable, well trained and listen carefully to our customer requests. The young gentleman that waited on my husband and I was highly recommended by friends that we just happened to meet at your store who were finishing up theirs purchase. Also, your store is usually well stocked and organized and the colorful decor helps maintain a fun, friendly atmosphere.

Nick did a great job putting my daughter in the right pair of shoe. They talked about her issues, measured her foot and brought out three different shoes for her to try. He was patient and asked what she liked and didn’t like about each pair and made adjustments along the way. Nick demonstated a considerable amount of knolowgege about each shoe and how each model changed from year to year. She felt great about the experience and excited that the right fit would address the issues she was having. You can’t get this experience buying your shoes online.
I came expecting a crowd and a long wait. I walked in to a smiling face, helping me with everything that I came for, and a bonus. I left with the gifts that I wanted, plus a pair of sandals for myself!
