I like the scan because it helps to narrow down the shoe selection to the ones that will work best for me. I have a really hard time finding shoes and I felt that the choices presented were both great options. My shoes and inserts fit like they were made for me. What a difference!
If you buy inserts, they will do preliminary fitting with demo units. I wish they would have offered, no pun intended, the final "Walk Through" with the pair of inserts I was going home with.
