Your Fleet Feet representative, Kaylen, at the Des Peres, MO location was fantastic to work with! I personally was recently diagnosed with a significant bone spur issue on my left foot which is making daily walking very painful. Kaylen, listened to my diagnosis and helped me through the whole process of choosing a great new shoe making sure that I was completely happy with my purchase going forward. Representatives like him, make all the difference in returning customers!
I have problem feet, Long, high arches, and narrow. Shopping for shoes always brings me to tears. Kat and the team at the Chesterfield MO location helped meI This time the tears were of joy at finding 2 pairs of shoes and insoles that made my feet happy. The computer scan of my feet confirmed what I had guessed about my feet and helped me feel confident about the choices Kat brought out for me. I was so happy I have convinced my daughter to get her next shoes there as well.

I am sorry to say, I don’t have the name of the sales person, a female, who assisted me, but she was very helpful to me, and guided me thru the process. She made recommendations to me that were very helpful, and she was very polite and nice.
It was my first experience at the store, and it was recommended by my son who is very pleased with his shoes and the service and guidance he received.
I have back and disc problems which I discussed with the sales rep. I am particularly delighted with the return policy of the shoes as I cannot be sure until I wear them. When I expressed my delight that I could wear the shoes for two mos, and if they don’t work with my back, that I could return them I was delighted as they are expensive.
So far and thanks to the sales person, I feel that my new shoes fit me like A glove, they are very comfortable and I believe I will love them and we’ll worth the money
I know how important shoes are to support ones back. I also like the way the shoes look on my feet as they don’t make my feet look like clodhoppers. I feel they give my feet a more dainty look. I do not have big feet. I measured out as a 7.5 narrow. I am emphasizing this as I always had a small. Narrow foot, but fir some reason, Nike’s make my feet look huge, and my new shoes from you, make my feet look like they looked when I was in my 20s instead of my 79s.
And I am delighted with that, so I feel I am going to be a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you very much.

The sales lady was great with myself and my son. I had a bit of decision conflict with him, but she was great in helpOmg him find a shoe that worked for him. I believe her name was Donnette but you probably have it in the system. We’ve had great experiences at the South County store and plan to continue shopping there and recommending to friends.
