Excellent customer service from Manager Faith! She customized my shopping experience and identified needs to make my daily fitness experience much improved. For example the flip belt freed my hands up for my phone and keys. Additional suggestion of a water bottle was what I needed on 2 hour walks. I appreciated the time savings! It’s been so long since I’ve had excellent customer service in a store. I will return to this store for my fitness needs!

Visited the Chesterfield store on Saturday looking for a new pair of kicks and the team is always welcoming and eager to help. Walked out with a new pair of New Balance after their suggestion to the best fit for my foot and training. Thanks Fleet Feet for always being so AWESOME!
I have bought all of running shoes from Fleet for the last 20 years,e ven though I'm not a runner. The attention to detail in the fitting process and the wonderful staff keep me coming back. Anytime someone mentions the need for running shoes, or shoes to help with plantar fascistis, I sing the praises of Fleet Feet St Charles. I am a long time customer and will be for the future. I wouldn't buy my running shoes anywhere else.
When my daughter went to college in Kansas City, she needed new running shoes. While visiting her we went to a running shoe store in the area on a friend's advice. I tried to get my daughter to wait until her next visit home to go to FF. She wouldn't budge, because she had to have new shoes.... I can tell you they were not even close to the experience we've received from Barb and the crew at FF St Charles.

The scan helped him and he explained it very well to us. The new shoe options combined with the inserts have given us our best opportunity to keep her pain free and running!

The people working at Fleet Feet make the difference. The products can be found just about anywhere, but the staff is it. From Barb to Val to now Elle Fleet Feet keeps the peeps. Folks that actually live a lifestyle where they use the products they sell and don't cycle out of the business in a year or so reflects well on the business.
Only issue, why does Fleet Feet not sell SuperFeet Greenies anymore? I either have to buy on line or go to Dicks/Action...
