I am a hard to fit size, Womens 5 1/2. My size was in stock and even had orthotics to fit.

Elle from your St. Charles MO. location really knew her shoes and products! She talked about different ways to lace your shoes for different results, clothing and of course shoes! I tried on a few different shoes and the best one I thought was a great fit of me and what I do day in and day out is the Brooks Ghost 13! Elle was really great and understood that I did not have the funds until Friday. So she was not upset that I could not but them right away. I went on line and got the ones that I put on in store. However, I ordered a Wide!! I called the store and Elle was working. She told me to put in a ticket as you guys are really fast and I might be able to get it fixed before it was shipped. Unfortunately, this did not happen, you guys shipped SO FAST! I talked to Elle one more time and she reassured me that it was not a problem and to bring in my shoes once they arrive and she will help me out. The warehouse/customer service department did get in contact with me. They apologized for not seeing the ticket before the shoes were shipped (they were shipped on Friday, I ordered them on Thursday, One day!) they offered to send me return shipping ticket so I could print out if they didn't work out for me, and were very kind. They even checked up on me after I received them! However, I brought my shoes in to the local store on a day Elle was working and we tried on both pairs. The wide was too wide and the standard fit perfectly. So she kindly exchanged them without hesitation. Elle was very professional and kind, your warehouse team did a great job too! Thank you for following through when it was all my fault and your teams made sure that everything was righted in the end.
