We went to get my wife her first pair of running shoes. She has flat feet and the staff were very helpful. They ran the 3D image of her feet and sized her with a great pair of shoes that supported her arch. It was quick, easy, and so far she's very happy with her new shoes. They did not try to oversell merchandise for her but did give advice on other products that would be helpful for her as she continues to train. We will definitely be back for any of our running needs.

I liked the one on one service the sales person gave me. I did not feel rushed. The only thing I did not like is when the sales person tried to sell me other things that I was not interested in. Overall the sales person was very good and knowledgeable.

Nick was awesome!! Never once did I feel rushed through choosing my shoes. He told me a lot of great information about the things Fleet Feet has to offer. I was able to really understand the type of shoe I was needing for my foot. Nick's in depth knowledge of running made me feel good about finding the perfect fit!!

I liked the scan of my feet and ankles!! And the info that led to the options for running shoes. I’m not so sure I really needed the $55 carbon inserts... I always feel like it’s unnecessary... I think my shoes may be a half size too big but I’m trying them out in the house like suggested.
