I have been a loyal Fleet Feet customer since I began running as a high school athlete in 2005 and I have only positive comments for Fleet Feet's products and services. The quality of service is exceptional, always very personalized. I always feel like the person fitting my shoes listens to me, assesses my needs and takes their time to make sure that I have the pair of shoes/supports/socks/energy gel that best suits my needs. The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting. I look forward to shopping at Fleet Feet because I can socialize with people who enjoy running as much as I do. I have also taken a strength training class at Fleet Feet and found it very helpful. I highly recommend Fleet Feet to all of my family and friends who are interested in running or are looking for a high quality pair of shoes that fit well.

High quality people who know their stuff and don't ever look down on me for being a new-ish, slow-ish, runner. I appreciate the return policy on shoes, too. FF knows that it can take some time and some miles to get the right shoes, and I rest assured that I can go back to get re-fitted if shoes aren't perfect for me after a few miles of running.

The professionals are knowledgeable as far as the details about the shoes, and everything else in the store that they are selling. I can tell by the confidence in the answers when I ask them questions, and examples that they can share with me. This really puts my mind at ease and lets me know that I can trust them when it comes to shoe recommendations and what is best for me. I am an avid runner and shoes are about the most important thing for me. It is intimidating for me to walk in a store and buy my own without any background knowledge of a shoe. Having someone personally help me through the process is so valuable. I have tried other shoe stores and they do not compare to Fleet Feet. When I was in over the weekend, Faith at Chesterfield helped me and she is amazing!
