I just recently began running a few months ago and realized I really needed some comfortable shoes. Fleet Feet offered a thorough, personalized analysis of my feet, stance and needs; in relation to my running goals. The shoes recommended are more comfortable than I imagined! It makes running and staying healthy, much more enjoyable. Julie was super friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job getting me exactly what I needed; plus a few recommended accessories I hadn’t given any thought too. A+ Fleet Feet and Julie!:-)

the best shoes i had ever wear. Nick who helped me was the best, he helped me frist check my feet, then decide what's the best shoes. He say something on each shoes that I tried on how the shoes help my back problem.

John at the O'Fallon Fleet Feet spent almost an hour with me, helping me try on various pairs of running shoes to try to problem-solve some pain I was having. His attention was on me the whole time and he was helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable! Also, he sold me an amazing pair of running shoes and I'll probably be going back to get a second pair. Give that man a pay raise!

The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. I was in on the weekend so I had to wait a bit for shoe fitting, several customers had discussions about foot issues they were trying to address and the staff is able to answer the questions about how a particular shoe, sock or insert may or may not help with the issue.
The sales associates know how to properly fit you for the right shoe.
