Well, I needed a pair of cc spikes for my son at the last minute. I called a competitor of yours that was close. The number was listed wrong on their website. When I called it a lady answered and it happened to be Jules. She says she works for Fleet Feet. That was very strange. I told her my dilemma. Which was, I needed a pair of spikes for my son for an event this evening that was actually sponsored by Feet Fleet. She was extra helpful and I paid for them over the phone. She also volunteered to bring them to the event which in fact she was attending. I was blown away by the helpfulness of Jules. Thank You again.
I like the very personal service
I liked the scanned assessment. The sales lady was very knowledgeable, but not pushy She took a lot of time to explain things and have me walk in the shoes, so I never felt rushed into a decision.
