I have been to the Fleet Feet on Tesson Ferry three times and all three employees were terrific. I like the products but I could get those product at other competitors as well but I come back for the customer service I receive.
The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable with our 10 year old and getting new running shoes and heal cups for her Sever's disease. She also recommended icing. Our daughter loves her new shoes and feels the heal cups are helping.
The rep took his time to evaluate my needs and explained what the benefits of the shoes were.

The customer service is superb. I really like the 3-D feet scan. I found out that I have been wearing the wrong size shoes for years! I actually had to do an exchange and the staff was very accommodating. The Fleet Feet staff in South County Saint Louis is amazing!
