The staff is trained fit you with the appropriate shoes and supports. If you find a problem with anything you go back and they take care of it. they want you to be comfortable in your shoes. They help your feet feel better.

I only buy shoes from Fleet Feet and just love the shoes and the awesome service I get. I have 2 special needs daughters and they wear orthotics. Fleet feet has helped me pick the right shoes for them and if they don't fit correctly I can still take them back and try another pair. Thank you so much.

The staff was wonderful. There was a short wait, but it was fine because you could see how attentive the staff was being to customers who arrived before me. Then I got the same level of attention when my turn came. I was listened to and treated as an individual. There was no hard sell, just consistent offers to help. I truly feel like I got the exact right shoe for my exact issue and feet. I am very happy with my whole experience.

Customer service is top notch. The people working there take their time to make sure you are getting the right shoe for a perfect size and comfort. Since I started buying my shoes there for several years, there is no place else I go to.

I was having issues with my feet hurting. They did a foot scan and told me exactly what I needed to have to help my feet. I was amazed at what the insert could do for me. I am sold.
