Your staff was so kind and helpful, Hailey I do believe was her name was so understanding when I freeked out over the cost and left. I did return two weeks later when I came to the realization that the shoe and insert were possibly the only way I was going to get any relief from the terrible foot pain that I am experiencing. When I did return to purchase the shoes she was there and was so kind.

Really good shoes and great customer service
I have spent years and a lot of money tying to find the right shoes for nursing, with no luck. A fellow nurse recommended Fleet Feet, she had just visited them a week prior and said it was the best decision she had ever made and that her feet no longer hurt.
My son and I both have ankles that turn in, so we decided to gove Fleet Feet a try. The analysis that's done is amazing, and it truly helps to find the proper shoes! The associates are very nice and so thorough in everything they do. There was no pressure to purchase shoes or inserts, even though I bought both for my son and I this week. We love our shoes! My feet felt wonderful on my first 12 hour shift, no heel pain or outer foot pain for the first time in a long time!! When my sister comes out from NY I'm taking her there, she will greatly benefit from a fitting.

The whole process was very good. The associate explained everything well, and the foot scan was very informative. I also liked that, when trying on the shoes, i wasn’t being pressured towards a particular brand or price. The associate was genuinely focused on getting the best fit for me.
I always have a good experience here and leave with great fitting shoes. This particular time though was outstanding! Kat was knowledgeable and funny and was not going to let me leave until she found the perfect pair of shoes.
