Helpful staff focused on solving individual customer need. The person that helped me was spectacular, would want him helping my customers. Insightful, honest , did not force his opinion , but helped/guided me find exactly what I needed.
You treat me with the best service you could especially during the COVID-19. You asked and explained all questions. Had a problem with shoes feeling loose slipping off the back of my foot. I wanted a specific model of shoe. They didn’t have it but said it was on order. They took my name and said they would call me when they came in. True to their word they called me as soon as they got them. The shoes are great.

I had a really good experience, and my "foot expert" was extremely helpful. Typically picking out shoes in a frustrating endeavor for me. I try on lots of shoes and leave disappointed or settle for something that just okay, poor fitting and uncomfortable for my short, wide foot. I am so excited about my Hoka Bondi 7's that I can't wait to wear them again.
The no pressure sales was a very pleasant change from other stores. At no time did I feel pressure to buy something I didn’t need. My sales person was awesome! I don’t remember her name but I was at the store in Chesterfield on Thursday afternoon/evening.
