The person that helped us was very nice and there was no pressure at all to buy things. We were listened to when we talked about what we wanted and shown appropriate items that met our needs. The scans were performed well and I feel like it was a beneficial experience to have had and well worth our time. We will definitely be back.
This particular time the shoe I normally order was out of stock. The sales representative called her manager and determined she could order the shoe. She promptly returned my call. She provided great customer service! Thank you.
Amy at the South County store was wonderful helping my wife and I pick out a pair of shoes. It was our first time in the store and she explained the whole process, listened to what we were looking for, and helped us get shoes that were perfect for us. We’ll be returning in the future!

Nick was super awesome and very informative! I purchased the Hoka Clifton 7's that he recommended and they were very exceptional on my run today. Yep, I ran in them the next morning after my purchase. Usually I can run about 6 to 10 miles. Today I ran 15 miles, a new personal record! I believe this was because my feet felt great in the shoes and didn't get fatigue as quickly. I really appreciate Nick with all of the help! Wonderful service 10/10 stars! :) Please pass this to him, thanks!
