I had a great experience at the St. Charles Fleet Feet. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the lady who fitted me for my shoes (I believe her name was Valerie) was very knowledgeable about what type of running shoe would work best for me. It's obvious that they give every customer personal attention. I will definitely be going back!

Every time I go into Fleet Feet, it's a great experience and this time was no different. I went in for a shoe fitting, which I have done before. The associate I worked with listened to my wants and concerns and we worked through them to find a great pair of shoes!

I have plantar fasciitis and really needed a good shoe that fit my foot perfectly so it can heal faster. Kaylen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their device did a thorough 3D scanning of my feet and he explained what everything meant in the results and then gave me shoe and insole options that fit my feet shape and are specific for helping heal plantar fasciitis. I bought all of them. I had gone to other specialty shoe stores before this and was disappointed with the other store's service. I've already recommended fleet feet to multiple friends and family in the past 2 days since my visit.
